Beyond Ink Tattoos & Body Piercing
Our Mission
At Beyond Ink, our mission is to create meaningful, high-quality tattoos that reflect each client’s identity, intention, and story.
We believe tattooing goes beyond the surface; it is a form of expression that can capture moments, memories, transformations, or simply the things you love. Every piece, whether bold or subtle, carries significance.
Our artists approach every tattoo with precision, creativity, and deep respect for the craft. We take the time to understand each client’s vision, even when it’s abstract or hard to articulate, and guide it into a final piece that feels authentic and lasting.
With expertise across a range of styles, including black and grey, fine line, micro realism, and cover-ups, we are committed to bringing every idea to life with intention and care.
Tattooing Minors (Florida Law):
Beyond Ink Tattoo & Body Piercing strictly adheres to Florida state law regarding piercing services for minors. We offer piercing services for minors of most ages, but the following documentation is mandatory:
Accompaniment: The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the appointment.
Notarized Consent Form: A fully completed and notarized Written Consent for Body Piercing of a Minor Child form is required for all minors, regardless of age. This must be notarized before arriving at the shop.
Identification:
Parent/Guardian: Valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, etc.).
Minor: Valid government ID OR a current school ID.
We are happy to answer any questions about the proper forms to ensure your visit is seamless and compliant with Florida health regulations.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Eat beforehand, stay hydrated, and get a good night’s sleep. Avoid alcohol or blood thinners (like aspirin) before your appointment.
-
If your tattoo was covered with a second skin bandage, leave it on for 3–5 days. It’s completely normal to see fluid buildup underneath (a mix of ink, plasma, and blood), and this does not mean your tattoo is infected. The only reason to remove it early is if the bandage opens, leaks, or the seal is broken—if that happens, remove it, gently wash the tattoo with unscented soap, and continue with standard aftercare.
After 3–5 days, remove the bandage in the shower under warm water, peeling it slowly back over itself. Once removed, wash the tattoo, pat it dry with a paper towel, and apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion. Continue lightly moisturizing 1–2 times per day and avoid scratching, picking, soaking (pools, ocean, baths), or direct sun exposure until fully healed.

For tattooing a minor, you will need:
A notarized consent form (fully completed before your appointment)
The parent/guardian who signed the form present at the appointment
A valid government-issued ID from the parent/guardian
We have copies of the form available at the shop, and there is an Amscot about 5 minutes away if you need a notary. If you plan to do this the same day, please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Please note: If any of these are missing, we will not be able to perform the tattoo.

Submit a tattoo request form and we’ll typically respond within 24–48 hours.

Pricing depends on several factors, including the size of the tattoo, placement on the body, and whether it’s in color or black and grey.
For an accurate quote, please submit a tattoo request form—our team will review your idea and get back to you with pricing.

We generally do not recommend using numbing cream. It typically only lasts for a short period, and once it wears off, the tattoo can feel more uncomfortable than usual.
For the best experience and healing, we advise going without it, but feel free to reach out if you have specific concerns.
