Can Minors get Body Piercings?
The age minimum for most body piercings at Beyond Ink is 14 years old. Customers must be 18+ for all ORAL and GENITAL-related piercings and jewelry changes.
The Florida Health Department requires that anyone under the age of 18 (minor), must provide a Notarized Minor Consent Form before receiving any body piercing. A new Notarized Minor Consent Form must be completed for every visit.
Minors must be accompanied to their appointment by their legal parent/guardian, and both the minor and the adult must provide a government issued ID.
